rclone-backup is a personal, single-user tool operated by the site owner. It uses the rclone command-line program with the owner's own Google Cloud OAuth client to copy encrypted backup archives from the owner's home server to the owner's own Google Drive account.
The tool is not offered to the public, has no other users, and provides no sign-up or third-party service of any kind.
